LITIGATION IN SYDNEY "United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, 17th December. The harbour collision on 22nd October, when tho steamers St. Albans and Crown City were seriously damaged, was the subject of litigation in which j the owners of tho Crown City, this United States Shipping Board, had suod. Ito recover £17,000 damages. The Chief Justice held that tho St. Albans was at fault, and directed tho Eegistrar in Admiralty to ascertain and award damages. An appeal against this .■judgment to-day ciirno beforo tho Full Court, which upheld it, with costs, each party to pay its own costs of tho first trial.
