SHOP DESTROYED

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CARTER.TON, This Day. A fire early this morning completely gutted the premises owned by the Stempa Estate and occupied by J. H. Russell, who conducted a fish shop and restaurant. The. brigade was quickly on the scene and the splendid water pressure enabled them to quell the outburst. The insurance was £600 on the building, but there was nothing on the contents.
