IRON DAISIES
Iron daisies tiro the.very latest form of table decoration, find typify the cult of vividly painted ironwork, which is so much in favour ;it present, both for garden use and inside tlic house (according lo the London "Daily-Ex-press"). The table decoration consists of a group of foot-high orange daisies "growing" on a green base, or a group of yellow daisies springing from a blue ground. The flowers aro realistic, and the stems lire both original and very effective. This new painted ironwork is done in rich colours, and includes a wide selection of decorative, useful articles, such as flower vases, jardinieres, rui'J /lower-pot holders. ' A particularly attractive example of a flower vase is shown in a four-sided model with the top edge scalloped and true-to-life daisy flowers of various hues in'raised design at the sides.
