ANOTHER REMAND
On the application of Chief-Detective Ward, a, further remand to appear on Wednesday next was granted to-day in the Magistrate's Court in the case of the Wellington land agent, James David Martin M'lntyre, aged .6. M'lntyre is charged with haying fraudulently converted to his own use £43 15s reecived from Alick Nicholson on terms requiring him to account for the money to William M'Clelland. Bail was renewed.
