United l'ress Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOTJENE, 22nd Nov. The Seamen's Union decided today to hold up steamers loaded or manned by volunteer labour, and take such other measnres as necessary to enforce the employment of union labour on interstate vessels.
