Between 11 a.m. and noon aeroplanes will circle the city and suburbs droppin" pamphlets numbered consecutively from 1' to 20,000. A prize is being nwiuded to each person returning to the carnival office pamphlets numbered 1000, 2000, and each successive thousand up to 20,000. Tho procession will leave from Bowen street at 2 p.m. A programme of music, sports, and novelty events will bo given at Newtown Park upon the arrival of j tho procession.
