DELEGATE DEFIES MEETING Australian Press Association. (Received 16th November, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. ■ The Labour Council meeting last night was marked by strong scenes owing to attempts to remove Mr. Armstrong, a Clerks' Union delegate, bocause ho criticised Mr. Garden's attitude in the "«ead meu tell no talcs" Court case arising out of tho marine cooks' strike. Attempts to remove Armstrong were futile, and after a scuffle the chairman adjourned the meeting. Armstrong blames the Communists for the trouble.
