BATES FOR PRIMARY PUPILS Arrangements for primary school terms and vacations are announced todfiy by the Wellington Education Board up till February, 1930. When such .schools in tho board's district closo on li'Lli December of this year, their programme of work and play for tho comiug^twelve months will be as follows: — Term.—Monday, 4th February, 19L9, to Friday, 10th May; vacation, Saturday, 11th May, to Sunday, 20th Hay, 1929. Second Term.—Monday, 27th May, to Friday, 23rd August; vacation, Saturday, 24th August, to Monday, 9th September. Third Term.—Tuesday, 10th September, to Friday, 20th December; summer vacation, Saturday, 21st December, 1929, to ''Sunday, 2nd February, 1930. Schools reopen in 1930 on Monday, 3rd February, and holidays during next year additional to the regular term breaks given above will be Anzac Day, the King's Birthday, Labour Day, and Easter (Good Friday,»29th March, Easter Monday, Ist April, Easter Tuesday, 2nd April). ' Colleges in the ' Wellington . district will hold their prize-giving ceremonies this year on tho following dates:—Wellington East Girls' College,.morning of 13th December; Borigotai Boys', afternoon of 13th December; Wellington Girls', morning of 14th December; Wellington College,'afternoon of 14th December. :
