STIMULUS OF INTEREST OPENING OF LEGISLATURE British Official Wireless. (Received 10th November, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 9th November. The Princo of Wales was present at the opening of the Kenya Colony Legislature at Nairobi to-day. The" Governor, Sir Edward Grigg, described the visit of the Prince and his brother, the Duke of Gloucester, as the most outstanding event of the year's history of tho colony. Without departing from the informal naturo of his visit, tho Prince of Wales had been ablo to sco all sides of the life of tho colony. None of the communities of Kenya had failed to feci tlie stimulus of interest and sympathy of the Prince of Wales, and he hoped tho Prince's experiences had been such that His Royal Highness would be willing to; renew them.
