Australian Press Association. (Reeoived 22nd October, 8 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 19th October. Mr. Lewis Miller has been appointed Assistant-Trade Commissioner at Sydnoy. Mr. Miller is a native of Nowton, Kansas, and was 1916 Ehodes Scholar. Ho did war work with the British Y.M.O.A. in India and Mesopotamia, and was afterwards assistant-professor of history at Harvard University.
