"Times" C»bles. LONDON, 19th October. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" reports that the German Post Office is erecting a high power shortwave transmitter at Konigswuster- ! hauson, whence it will broadcast world I programmes in February, disseminating German culture and promoting international understanding.
