Lord Herbert Scott, the newly-el&cted president of the London Chamber of Commerce, has given ten points which he considers eveVy young man or woman anxious to succeed in business should study, and the point he places first has aroused widespread interest and no observable criticism. This point is "charm of manner and tact." Then follow concentration, self-confidence, education, imagination, experience, industry, health, judgment, and observation.
