Clarendon piloted the field In the early stages, but Perception led inlo the straight and won by three lengths, third horse five lengths further baclc. Time, lmin 37% sec. CITY TATTEItSALL'S HANDICAP; one mile and a quarter. Don Mo,fln, 8.6 1 Dion, Is 2 Valamita, 0.2 3 Fifteen started. Lcadight assumed charge from the start from Dion and Don Moon. Then Dion led from Don Moon and Lcadight, and showed the way Into the. straight. Ouco therej Don Moon pushed forward to win by three lengths. Valamita .half a head away. Time, 2min SVI sec.
