(To the Editor.; Sir,—ln the fowl areas of Hataitai the annual fly nuisance has already begun. It is time the City- Council enforced its sanitary bylaws. Too much dependence is placed upon the high winds as an active sanitary agent.—l am, etc., • . HATAITIAN.
