y.The Karori Club completed, its tti-st.fort-nightly competition on Saturday afternoon at 500 and 600 yards, The best range scores for .the former were, secured by H. ;U. Keene, F. Ching, and H. Russell, each returning a .46. The shooting at 600 yards was not so good, the highest return, ,45, being gained by H. Frankland and R. 1). Potts. The! competition resulted in a win for H. Frankland, with ,179 points, and H. E, Keene,,runner-up, with 177 points, for scratch men. H. Dore won the handicap competition with 185 points and D. Elliott, "runner-up, with 182 points. E. D.
