At Messrs. Billiurds Limited showrooms last night two more games for the Wellington provincial iuterelub championship (amateur) were played. The first game, Duncan (U.S.A.) v. Tucker (Federal Club) resulted in ;i win for the former by a margin of 70 points, the final score beiug: Duncan 300, Tucker '.'3O. Bust breaks registered were by Duncan (44, 30, 28, 20) and a 23 by Tucker. In the second gome, Scott (Hangitikei Club, Feilding) opposed Spencer (Federal Club). This game resulted in a win for Scott, who ran to points whilst Spencer scored 221). The bnst breaks were: Scott, 31, 20 (unfinished); Spencor, 20. To-night, at 7 o'clock, I'etley (Commercial Travellers' Club) will meet Shanks (Wellington Working Men's Club), following which will be a game between Duncaii and Savage (Wellington Working Men's Club), at 8 o'clock. The games will be continued nightly until Friday, when at 7.30 p.m., tin: two leading pluvers will contest the final. To-morrow v iimlt-h of 500 up, between A. Ti. Tapp and H. iMurphy will be played at the Returned Soldiers' ClubrooniH, Brandon street. The public at cordially invited to witness the game, which will start at '7.35
