A FATAL FALL.
John Seppings, a rigger, working on Hannah's reconstruction job, Lambton quay, fell off a scaffold at about 1 o'clock to-day and fractured his skull. Ho wa9 taken to the Hospital by tho City Ambulance, but died on admission.
