FAREWELL TO CRICKETERS . Australian Press Association. LONDON, 15th: September. The. vanguard of the English cricketers entrained at St. Pancras. Jardinc, Geary, Staples, and Toono faced a battery of cameras, whilst they joked with a host of friends. Toone's last word was: "We are very confident of victory in the Tests." Mrs. Hobbs, chatting from the carriage window, said: "I am going aboard to prepare Jack's cabin and get things straight. I think I am jolly good to him. A woman's job is to smooth the way." Hobbs smiled broadly, remarking, "I will see you on Thursday, and then, restraighten the cabin." Hobbs did not comment on the possi-
