CUSHENDUN CONDEMNED
BRITISH LABOUR POLICY Australian Pross Association—United Service. (Received 13th September, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 12th September. The National Council of tho Independent Labour Party has issued a statement urging every section of tho movement to protest against Lord Cnshendun's endorsement of M. Briand's Geneva speech; also advocating that Britain sot an example of disarmament by proposing total universal disarmament throughout the world.
