A series of colossal air manoeuvres, modelled on the recent air battle over London, will be held in the neighbourhood of Ranibouillet on Friday and Saturday. Sir Samuel Hoaro, the British Air Minister, and his staff are attending on the special invitation of the French Government. More than 350 airplanes will partake in the manoeu vres, together with anti-aircraft firing blank shells. One exercise will be the rapid evacuation of Le Bourget aerodrome after an enemy attack, which will be supposed to have rendered Lo Bourget untenable.
