CASCADE DISPUTE

REPLY TO MR, SEMPLE Mr. F. E. Freeman makes a further reply to Mi1. 11. Semplc in connection with tlie Cascade mining dispute. He states that Mr. Semplo attempts to dodge the challenge and questions of the Commimiwt Party, ami proceeds:—"The discovery 'that his minutes are so precious is a rather into one. The Communist Party occupied a considerable portion of his statement regarding the Cascade, dispute. Surely he does not suggest that wo have not a right to answer his statements. It is to bo regretted that his discovery was not made before he rushed headlong into print with a series of unfounded and unproved charges. Once again ho has taken refuge behind a barrage of abuse."
