Medical experts declared that there was no trace of poison in tho late Captain Loewenstein'a organs. Hia death was due to a fall. His injuries showed that he was alivo when ho struck tho water. His heart and kidneys indicated that possibly ho was subject to attacks of giddiness, which might have caused an accidental fall.
