During the European Grand Prix motor raco on the Monza track, a Talbot, travelling at 125 miles an hour, grazed another ear, turned over, and crashed among tho spectators. Nineteen were killed, including tho driver of tho Talbot, Materassi, and twenty-six wore injured, many seriously.
