The Jockey Club Inquiry into the alleged interference in the Chelmsford Stakes on Saturday has concluded. The stewards found that M'Carten was to blame tor the interference, and suspended him for three months. M'Carten, who told the stewards the interference was caused by Limerick's lugging in, intends to appeal to the committee of the Jockey Club.
