PARIS, 9th September Pola Negri 's horse shied at a motor* car in the Bois de Boulogne last even* ing and threw its rider, who is hovering between life and death in the American hospital at Neuilly. She- regained consciousness this morning, and spoke j to her husband, Prince Serge, who has not quitted her side since the accident.
