Special to the Pross Association. APIA, 30tIi August, j A petition in bankruptcy has been filed by W. Westbrook, a Legislative Councillor and merchant of Apia. The liabilities amount to £3000, principally with Auckland, Wellington, and Sydney Wholesale firms. Mr. Westbrook was mentioned during the Sarnoau trouble in connection with the proceedings of the Citizens' Committee, headed by Nelsonj Gurr, and Smyth. . .
