STRAND THEATRE.
I Argus, "Tho Prophet," will appear at tho Strand Theatre to-night. He first gave demonstrations of his powers when six years of ago, and he is now 17 years of. age, and has been subject to some severe tests. It Is said that ho can answer any question by merely thinking of it. He can toil a. member of the audieiico what ho is thinking about, and. auswer the question without the slightest hesitation. Jle will be'supported by an exceptionally flno plcturo programme, which has, as its feature, a plcturo called "The Skyrocket," starring Miss Peggy Hopkins Joyce (Countess Morner), America's fashion queon and society leader. "The Skyi rocket" is a Marshall Xeilau production, and it is the story of the avorago life as it is lived in Hollywood. It portrays tho almost sky-rocket ascent of a beautiful woman to stardom, and her even more rapid descent. The story is taken from Adela ltogers St. John's "Cosmopolitan Magazine" serial and tho supporting players are Owen Moore, Lilyan Tollman, Earlo Williams, and Bull Montana. Tho plcturo programme is: screening continuously from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Argus appears at the afternoon and evening sessions.
