' On charges of speeding, Leonard Wallace, Kobert Brownlee. and Harold Christian: were each fined 10s, and Arthur G. Jacobsen £1 10s. . ; . Leslie Watson was fined £2 for not obtaining a. heavy traffic, license, and for not obtaining a hire license L. Watson and Company werefined £3.
