GUESTS OF PRESIDENT AUTHOR OF PACT AND WIFE British Official Wireless. (Eoceivod 30th August, 10.30 a.m.) EUGBY, 29th August. Mr. and Mrs. Kellogg, in company with President Cosgrave, left Paris this morning for Havre, where they will embark on the United States cruiser Detroit for Dublin, calling at Cork on the way. On arrival at Kingstown Harbour to-morrow a salute will bo fired and a miiltary guard of honour will await tho visitors. After proceeding to Dublin Mr. Kellogg will be presented with tho Freedom of the City in the Mansion Houso.
