MONEY-SAVING REMEDY FOB CHILDREN'S COUGHS.
Qualified Chemist's Kecipe Easily Made Up at Home. An ordinary bottle of cough medicine, costing say half-a-crown, is of no use when a number of kiddies have colds. It is empty after a few doses. Sensible mothers now make their own cough mixture -with "Heenzo" (Hean's Essence). All they do is to mix water and sweetening with a bottle of "Heenzo'' as per simple directions on label, and they obtain a pint of medicine for the price of a small bottle. No wonder, then, that "Heenzo" is so popular all over New Zealand. It contains no paregoric, laudanum, or other opium drugs, so that it can safely be given to quite small children.
