"W. Duncan, an engineer, residing as 75, Brougham street, collied with a mo-tar-car while he was riding a motorcycle along Taranaki street yesterday afternoon. He received injuries to his right leg, and was taken to the city ambulance station, where he received attention. Ho later returned to his home. It is estimated that the United States spends £1,000,000 each year on grounds, fees, new equipment, caddies, lawn mowers, and lost balls for the game of : goif.
