INCREASED CAPITAL.

Increases of capital in the undermentioned companies are reported by the "Mercantile Gazette":— National Tobacco Co., Ltd. Capital increased to £200,000 by creation of 150,000 shares of £1 each. Bell Tea Co., Ltd. Capital increased by the creation and issue, of 20,000 additional shares, namely, 16,000 additional ordinary shares and 4000 additional preference shares, all of £1 each. The capital o£ the company, prior to the above alteration consisted of £30,000; into 24,000 ordinary shares of £1 each and 6000 preference shares of £1 each; regd. 27th June. Bryant and May, Bell and Co., Ltd., Wellington. Nominal capital of the company increased from £150,000 to £210,000 by the creation of- additional capital of 60,000 ordinary shares of £1 each. Rough and Co., Ltd., Wellington. Capital increased from £10,000 into 10,000 shares of £ reach to £15,000 into 15,000 shares of £1 each. '
