Mahmoud Pasha, the Premier, says it is undesirable to re-enter negotiations with Britain at present, but he has not the least intention of renouncing national aspirations. It is reported from the Soudan that the Wafd is paying £4000 to secure French counsels' opinion regarding the legality of the dismissal of the Nasha's Cabinet by Eoyal rescript on the ground of the break-up of the coalition.
