Questioned regarding the air service between Bagdad and Karachi, the Air Minister, Sir Samuel Hoare, said that Imperial Airways were most anxious to open the whole section, but r had had difficulties with Persia regarding the Basra-Karachi part of the route. Imperial Airways ,and -the British Government were taking every possible step to open. the route.
