At to-day's sitting progress will be made in both Chambers on the Addross-in-Koply debate. In the House of Eeprosentatives the Leader of the Opposition (Mr. H. E. Holland) will reply to tho mover and seconder, and before finishing his speech will move the usual want of confidence motion. One of the Ministers, probably tho Hon. AY. Downic Stewart, will follow, and then the Leader of the National Party, Mr. G. W. Forbes, may claim the floor.
