Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Ltd^; report on a sale of dairy stock held at Jobnsonville as follows:—There was a good, attendance of the public, and we submitted a yarding of 75 dairy and store cows. Bidding was brisk, and a total clearance'; was effected at prices.satisfactory to vendors. We quote:—Cows in milk, £7 105,%*8 5s to £10; cows at drop, £9 ss, £9;10s, £10, to £11; cows, spring calvers, , £7,:J£Bs sd, to £9 10s; heifers, spring calvers, £7 to £8 10s; heifers, late calvers, £5.1108 to £6 ss; store cows, £4 10s to £i 17s;'bulls,- £5 to £0 12s Od.
