' Warning signals for southerly gales aro exhibited at Cupo Maria Van Dlenion, Tiritlrl, Castlepolnt, Cupo Campbell, Stephen's Island, Farewell Spit, and tho Nuggets. Weather—Still cold, squally, and changeable, with showers, heavy in places; some hail and, on tho highlands, snow, but Improving gradually in most districts. Some hard frosts Inland.
