MIRAMAR LAND VALUES.
Messrs. Finch, Webster, and Oswin yesterday offered eight sections and an eightroomed residence, situated at the corner of Darlington and Awa roads, Miramar; also an eight-roomed residence in Brougham street. , There was -spirited bidding, and the following- sections were sold: —Lot 1,. £350; lot 2, £350; lot 3, : £400; lot 4, £500. The residence and remaining sections did not reach the. reserves. The prices may be taken as evidence of Miramar values, which have gone ahead recently.
