AUSTRALIANS IN ENGLAND Australian Press Association. LONDON, 14th Jane. Misses E. Boyd and D. Akhurst, and Mrs. O'Hara Wood, members of the Australian team, had no difficulty in reaching the last eight in the Beckenham tournament. Mrs. O'Hara Wuod next meets Miss E. Ryan (U.S.A.), and Miss Akhurst meets Mrs. Goldsack, tho British hard-court champion. J. B. Hawkcs is the only Australia! left in tho men's singles.
