PRIVY COUNCIL APPEALS

;— Their Honours Mr. .Justice Sim and Mr. Justice Hcid in tho Supremo Court to-day granted final leave to the respondent to appeal to tho Privy Council in the case of William Douglas' Lysnar v. Dorothy Valentino Burnand. In tho case of W. Littlejohn and Son v. Percy Norwood Donton, Dentou was granted provisional leavo to appeal to tho Privy Council, security being fixed at £500.
