The Postal authorities have received cable advice from Melbourne that tho Manuka, which left on Wednesday for Bluff, carries 11 bags of mail from Africa and 14 parcel receptacles for Auckland and Wellington, and that tho Maunganui, which loft at 4 p.m. yesterday for Wel"ngton, carries 182 bags of mail from Australia, CO from other places, and 16 parcel receptacles.
