William Collins,' an inmate oi! the OMro Homo, went to the T.iranaki Street Police Station about 7 p.m. yesterday'and atfked to -be.looked up. He pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court to-day to being idle and disorderly, with insufficient lawful means oE support. Senior-Sergeant Butler said ■that Collins, who was willing to take a prohibition order out against himself, had been warned, about returning to the Hom.o tho-Worse for liquor. However, the Homo authorities wore willing to tako him back. The accused was ordered to go back to the Home, and was warned to leave liquor alone altogether. ■ . On Thursday, morning, Mr. Walter Watts, a very old resident of Feilding, passed away suddenly. Deceased, who was 83 years of age, went to Feilding fifty years ago, and for many years carried on the business of a builder and contractor. He is survived by a widow and grownup family'of three sons and four daughters. '
