A small party of public schoolboys and also from Oxford and Cainbridgo Universities departed to-day on an Empire tour lasting for six months. It will include visits to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and was arranged by the Overseas Settlement Department. The travellers ' are paying their own expenses, and intend to visit farms, factories, and mines. Some may settle down in diffircnt parts of the Empire.
