-♦■ To-morrow evening in the Universn, Hall at 8 o'clock the Victoria University College Debating Society and the Junior Reform and Constitutional League will debate the question of Samof.. The motion, which reads, "That the Government's jid; ministration of the mandate for Western Samoa is to be condemned," will be moved by Messrs. Hall and Mountjoy and Miss Forde, on behalf of the- College Society, and will be opposed by Messrs. Quirk, Shorland, and Sykes. for the Reform League.
