The Harbour Board's flag was flown at^lialfmast to-day out of respect to tho lato'Jolm William Kinniuurgh, whoso funeral took place this morning. Tho deceased joined tho wharfinger's staff in 1884, and from 1900 till the time of his retirement in 191U he was employed as a storeman.
