PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
"Breakfast at Sunrise." a comedy of love and farcical feuds along the boulevards of l'aris, is the principal picture at the Paramount Theatre. Constance Talmadge as Madeline Watteau lakes the leading role, and is supported by Don Alvarado, who plays the part or Pierre Lussan. The story is laid principally in ,the Motel Splendide, a new hotel in Paris, where a number of guests are hired for atmospheric purposes. Madeleine, who is staying at tjie Hotel Splendide, discovers that her fiance, the Marquis de Cerisey (Bryant Washburn),. has forsaken her. Placed io a similar position through losing the actress whom he loved, Pierre is almost driven to the point of suicide when he meets Madeleine in the hotel dining-room in the presence 'of Louloti, the actress, and the Marquis. Madeleine and Pierre decide to make love and get married as a business deal to bring their respective lovers to reason. The humorous situations that follow finally result in Loulou and the Marquis attempting to win back their old fiances. Other leading players in the cast are Paulette Duval, Mario Dressier, and Nellie Baker. The final of the "New Collegians" series and an English topical are also included in the programme. The Paramount Orchestra, under the direction of Mr. R. R. Caulton. renders "Rigoletto" (Verdi) and a novelty entr'acte entitled "Breeze."
