Tho Postal authorities have received cablo advice from Sydney that the Waikouaiti, which loft at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, carries 121 bags of mail from Australia, and 48 parcel receptacles for Wellington and Auckland, Messrs: C. W. Price and Co. will sell furnituro in the mart, 01, Dixon street, tomorrow, commencing at 1.30 p.m. Messrs. Samson Bro. will sell pianos and household furniture at Courtenay place to-morrow, at 3 p.m.
