AUCTIONEER'S CLAIM
OPINION OF JUDGE (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHBISTCHUKCH, This Day. In tho Supreme Court to-day; James Martin Samson, of Dunedin, an auctioneer, claimod £125 commission from the Whito Star Browery, Ltd., on tho grounds that ho had introduced the defendant company to a Mr. Koberts, who agreed to buy a sub-leaso of tho Junction Hotel, Rangiorn. Tho company denied that Samson was the agent in the deal. Mr. Justice Sim, questioned Alfred James Lambert, a director of the brewery, sharply. Ho said that he would not give his judgment until he had heard furtfter. from tho parties, because he was of the opinion that the company was takinga dishonest attitude by the repudiation, on tho part of a director, of the claim.
