AMERICANS IN WAR ZONE
Australian Press Association. WASHINGTON, 24th April. The 'State Department is again seriously considering the wholesale evacuation of Americans from the Chinese war 'zone, due to the continuation of theSouthern Armies' unimpeded drive towards Pekin. There are at present over 2500 United States citizens in tho ■provinces of Chihli and Shantung, which form the theatre of war.
