THOOPS FOR PROTECTION (Becoived 26th April, 2 p.m.) / TOKIO, 25th April. The warship Kasuga, with 200 men of the Yokosuka Independent Corps, has arrived at Tsingtao, whero the troops entrained for Szefang to guard tho Japanese-owned spinning factories, relieving tho marines who are now guarding tho works.
